The copy goes to great lengths to establish the bona fides of the spokesman, without being very clear just what his actual credentials are. And we are expected to accept that a discovery that would overturn 400 year old physics to its bones has made no appearance in the literature. And of course, there is a company involved, looking for investors...
The pattern is familiar, breakthrough science rejected by a jealous and unreasoning scientific orthodoxy, championed by a charismatic rebel genius, i.e., just another perpetual motion machine.
I guess I could be wrong, but I've seen this scenario before. It is hauntingly familiar
