The Special Prosecutor law has been in effect since the Nixon days at least. No way is this incompetent biatch going to be the last word on this law. The DOJ will appeal quickly, and would regardless of the defendent or Admin. Of the current SCOTUS, only Thomas has said he agrees with this absurd interpretation. At least she's off the case now.
