The Israeli military confirmed that Yahya Sinwar, the leader of Hamas and architect of the horrific Oct 7 attack, was killed on Wednesday.
Sinwar rose in the ranks to become Hamas' leader by murdering countless palestinians deemed "too moderate" for wanting to make peace and accept a two state solution. He was the extremist enforcer who terrorized the palestinian population of Gaza as much as Israel. Good fucking riddance! I'm feeling right now like I did when I heard Bin Laden was killed. I'm very hopeful this will lead to a cease in hostilities in Gaza.
