I don't take the time for polls that often, but when I do, I engage the polltaker. Politely, of course. I don't give them grief. He or she isn't political - they've been hired to do this and it's just a job. But I talk to them about the questions. Point out when they're loaded or give false choices (common). Often I give a different answer, and ask why that isn't the best one. You'd be surprised how often the polltaker laughs and agrees with me. Of course, I end up giving them answers they can put down. I don't know if they get paid by the successfully completed poll or not.
