Remember, they actually voted this grotesque buffoon into office, fair and square. Its not like he lied to them, they knew exactly what he was going to do, he told them. And if he can't deliver, they'll never admit to themselves they were conned. People will drink the Kool-Aid before they'll admit to themselves they were made fools of.

The nation is sliding into fascism, and the American people is more concerned about the price of eggs. As long as the average voter is concerned, all he really cares about is his SUV, the price of gas and the availability of pro sports. Everything else is just too booooooooring to worry about.

As for future elections, they won't be canceled, they just will have guaranteed outcomes---like Russia, China, Turkey, Bulgaria, Hungary, Belarus...need I go on?

This is the future, we'd better get used to it.
