If there were that many concussive injuries, then there must have been many more injuries of other types. Either that, or the Iranians have developed a weapon that preferentially inflicts concussive injuries and yet does not inflict any fatalities.
Either way, this story deserves much more extensive reporting, and/or the US is covering up something. After all, wasn't the US base warned in advance of the strike?
