When Trump goes away those who have remained in the GOP will engage in a brutal power struggle to take over their last remaining political asset: the inbred, banjo-plucking, knuckle-dragging, hair-on-their-teeth MAGA cultists. An 'orderly transfer of power' is not how criminal gangs transition from one godfather to another.
Our experience tells us gang wars do not leave the victors weakened or divided. The winners emerge stronger and more vicious than ever.
