With CIA intel. Israel and Iran have been at war (open, shadow, proxy) for many years. Khamenei was an existential threat to Israel. When a man threatens a small nation for decades with nuclear annihilation, the result shouldn't be surprising.
Putin has been trying to kill Zelenskyy since the start of the war at least. I'm sure if Ukraine had the opportunity, they would take out Putin.
