Not a very good one.
If ER's numbers are right, that means that a message to Proxima Centauri sent by radio will get there about 5 hours slower than one sent by neutrino.
That's not much of a benefit considering the difficulties of creating a modulating neutrino transmitter and appropriate receiver...
