Why don't governments, or corporations, go after the vast amounts of gold and silver located on the wrecks located throughout the Caribbean? There are literaly hundreds of such wrecks with many billions of dollars worth of precious metals within fairly easy reach of anyone with advanced detection equipment. It seems like a no brainer.
