That comment was about how Big Pharma averages what everybody pays and then counts of ripping off the USA with high prices to make their profits. So they're making us pay because Canada and Europe, etc. won't pay their outrageous prices. I made an unfortunate use of words. Of course it's Big Pharma. It's not Canada's fault but we are paying their share and Europe's share so Big Pharma can have their exorbitant profits, only a small percentage of which goes to R&D. A large amount goes to buying off politicians which they're hiding under marketing costs.
