Seriously, does anyone think that attacking these people and stripping their money is going to add one damn thing to their own lives?
If you confiscated every last dime of compensation made by the top 500 executives in this country ($4.5 billion in 2010) it would run the Federal government for a grand total of 11 hours.
Tell you what: let's confiscate the entire net worth - stocks, property, you name it - of the Forbes 400 richest people in America. You would get - once - $1.56 trillion. This would pay for the Federal government - once - for a little over five months.
Then you can tell me what we'll do next year.
