All that graph tells me is that oil prices are tracking pretty much what the Dow Jones has been doing during that same time interval: A steady recovery after the Bush meltdown. As things get better, the oil business raises prices to cash in. Obama can't tell them what to do. The linked website is the usual right wing porn, nothing new there.
