Cripes. Actually, what he's hoping you overlook is that it isn't a bunch of innocent terrified nations doing this. It is just Iraq and North Korea feverishly working on weapons of mass destruction, both of whom have long ago certified themselves as worthy to wear the label evil without the cute little quotes attached. And they were working on nuclear weapons just as hard when Clinton was President.

I don't think France, England, or any other civilized countries on the planet are staying up nights worrying about us invading.
