Re: A Gen Xer reflects on the youth of today
I get a lot of emails on the same subject from elderly friends. The one thing that comes to mind (in defense of kids) is increased social pressure for kids compared to when I was growing up. Specially peer pressure, kids really have to be on there toes with all the new technology available and confronted with at a young age. Maybe it's all relative with each generation, but it sure seems like the kids of today have a higher degree of social pressure to deal with.
