I do not smoke in common public places, or in my own house, I go outside or wait.
I can and do smoke at work, in my work area, unless flammable materials are present.

I agree with the banning of smoking in eateries, theaters, most work places ETC.
However, the complete banning of Tobacco will not work at this time. Especially in a single state. Within 24 hours of the activation of the ban the smugglers will be at it, and people will buy. As in the 20's Prohibition era, it will finance and fuel criminal activities.
