He wants a weak US that will lose wars at great cost of life.
After the US is properly punished for its greatness, he wants a US that will do nothing while nation after nation falls to people like Saddam or Chavez or worse.
Chomsky is only seeking to divert us away from good policy, not guide us towards anything great.
Just like most people I have read or listened to lately who support Saddam by opposing America.
