France and Germany: I'm not the first one to think of this, but what if we take Iraq down, then dig up all the hidden crap, and find a lot of nasty weapon-building hardware labeled "Made in Europe?" Might explain a lot of the reluctance on the part of France and Germany to turn the rock over.
