All clones are genetic messes. Imagine someone disrupting parts of one's finely balanced genetic code. Each clone is a genetic "freak of the week" with an unknown number of defficiencies awaiting manifestation.
Natural genetic malformations already give us a host of illnesses such as haemophilia, leukemia, sickle cell, etc.
It may feel like one is mastering life to play with the genetic code - but everything they create will always be inferio to natural dna - which is paired and created at the quantum level by perfectly balanced wave pairing.
Until scientists know what trillions of processes and functions each strand of DNA controls - and how - these things will largely be a parade of genetic freaks and monstrosities.
In some ways, I find the carelessness of these scientists truly repugnant. Reminiscent of Edison's worst moments electrocuting dogs and cats trying to dissuade people from using rival alternating current technology which was vastly superior to DC. The waste bins of these labs are overflowing with failed experiments.
Nice to see you back on the boards Marcia!

Statistically - probably not too well.
