I agree with your suggestion that they should give out an Oscar for "Best Performance in a Tyrant Supporting Role". The first recipient would have to be the United States for their support of Saddam Hussein in the 1980's while he was using chemical weapons against the Iranians. Maybe, Donald Rumsfeld could accept the award since he met with Hussein and said nothing about his use of "weapons of mass destruction" and, in fact, let him know that he had our SUPPORT.
