What North Korea is doing
I've been thinking of the "Mouse That Roared" theory that someone else brought up here a while back, where the idea was to lose a war and reap the immense largesse that has always been the prize for anyone beaten by the U.S. in a war. The Q-Bomb kind of screwed up the original plan.
But your "Sheriff Bart Maneuver" is even better.
Unfortunately, given the precarious mental state of North Korea's leader, he just may come to the conclusion that he can wage war on South Korea and America and win, like the Indians who convinced themselves that they could go to war with the U.S. Army protected from bullets by magic Ghost Shirts. Then what?
