Sounds like a story someone posted on the old MSNBC BBS years ago.
This story sounds strangely familiar to one that came out a couple of years ago. There was an aero picture of hundreds of white SUV’s. I forget where they claimed it to be- I want to say Waco, Texas. It turned out to be a commercial gimmick for Progressive Insurance- if I remember right.
