You're correct about London - the food is all ethnic from everywhere else on the planet and good. I'm a philistine who likes a limited dose of pub food though. My sainted Mom cooked Brit style, boiled and overcooked stuff. That "style" of cooking can be found today throughout Nova Scotia. Thank the gods one of my grandfathers immigrated here from there.
