Now most people don't find it hard to understand that the US government promotes tobacco sales.

Maybe it's the tobacco subsidies.

Maybe it's forgiving loans on surpluses.

Both parties do it, all administrations.

And most people can acknowledge that tobacco is harmful to the health of the people using it and those around them.

Therefore, most folks would see that curbing its use would be a good thing.

Except for the True Believer, interested in bucks rather than souls.
