Okay, YOU figure out why these particular groups are so vulnerable given the single fact that the article contains, that the germ is spread by skin contact. One would think heterosexual activity would also qualify in that department, or any of dozens of other occupations involving a lot more skin contact than football.
Something is missing in this equation, and I don't know what it is either.
