I had high hopes for it and led a group of fellow soldiers through the city on a quest to find it, and I kept talking it up to the fellow KATUSAs (Korean Auxiliaries To the United States Army) who really wanted to check it out the fine American Novelty.
Unforunately our spirits were crushed to find that while, yes, the sign says "Hooters", and yes the sign had an Owl looking through the 'OO's in hOOters, but no there were no hot wings, hooters shooters, or for that matter hooters girls. Just Ohdashee (Aw-Da-She; means Mr./Sir, its a generic term used for all older Korean males say 30+) serving korean food like a million other places in the city. What a dissapointmet.
And don't get me started on the Hard Rock Cafe here. . .
