Personally i think it takes a lot of guts to do what she did. I'm sure she understood the danger, so I wouldn't call it stupid. Stupid is being oblivious or nieve to the danger. From what I've read that wasn't the case.
Its a shame that she is dead. I'm sure her parents must be in terrible pain and wish they could have stopped her.
The driver of that bulldozer may or may not have seen her. Without further evidence, how can we know? I would like to think he did not see her, but I refuse to judge him without further evidence.
