Ergo, followed by QED, Bush the Last comes by his immorality honestly. I seriously doubt he even knows it's immoral. Does a child playing with a gun have the capacity to form evil intent?

Wouldn't be prudent to expect too much from him, would it?

I suspect the world reaction came as a surprise to him and the hawks, but he doesn't have either the capacity to learn or the guts to change his mind.
