Anyone who has the slightest idea of who Saddam is, knows that this is the BEST thing to happen to Iraq in about 100 years.

However, an important thing to realize is that the protesters themselves are usually violent and antisocial individuals and they, unbeknownst to themselves, protest war because they are trying to get a handle on their own hate and antisocial behavior. Sometimes they progress a little - but more often than not they are just swinging on the opposite side of the pendulum - "hate" to "hate for peace."

However, it is best not to confront them with this information because it's like telling a child in the terrible twos that it is just a phase that will pass - and that is going to be understood by them as would a nucleonics course and will likely frustrate them, triggering more animosity and possible violence.

Take a look at a big protest and the protesters and look hard to see someone who looks truly peaceful or sane. The insane peaceful who look catatonic don't count. If you find someone - they are probably the kids dragged along and dressed up and equipped by their hate-filled parents or a few of the straggler teens seeking identity. The ringleaders are hardcore, hate filled, antisocial-socialists and the rest fit the above stereotype.
