I think of the genius movie, "Ran", with the elderly king in the steaming cinder fields.
Saddam is in the desolation of his doom, brought to a reckoning he deeply deserves.
I think the ultimate justice will be for him to be killed anonymously by a looter carrying off something from one of his 'palaces', and lying unknown in a street gutter for a few days before he is discovered.
