It would depend on the space available for sms's. My cell phone can't allow much text;
So, I have 2 prepared texts for the members of the astroclub:
"We observe tonight"
(depends on the weather and curcumstances)
"Our reunion is cancelled tonight"
(there are reunions at fixed dates, but once in a while, plans have to be changed).
It's true adolescents use the sms very frequently!
