Watergate

Baiting me again SDAI-TecH?

>"Do these San Francisco hacks you quote ever even take a history class?"

Oh shush.....you were still in diapers during Watergate!
You missed his point:
"Worst of all, the citizens came to learn their leaders were corrupt - that the respected palace guard was selling favors to the rich and sending spies among the people, creating fear and distrust."

This is what Nixon did.
The writer was comparing this to the BEGINNING of the uhn-American tactics that Nixon and his cronies employed. And he was ...... predicting to an extent, of what America could become.
And here we are 30 years later, and his piece is closer now than it ever has been.

Most liberals feel guilty?
ROTFLMAO
>"They have long ago disassociated themselves with the mainstream of America and feel naturally like outsiders who have to tear down this nation to build their sense of self-worth.'

Wow, are YOU ever "out there"!
Your quick retorts remind of some preacher...how about Ralph Reed?
If anyone's out of touch with mainstream America and suffering from low self worth.........well then.......perhaps that person is YOU.

Thought for the day:
Don't project your inferiority complexes and neuroses on me, or this nation, you whining, uneducated Techies!
