That demanding transparency in acounting is much less chancy than is 'redistributing'.
'Redistributing' is just a euphemism for theft by fiat, for the most part.
A company should be able to pay its help what ever it wants.
But the negotiations should be done openly and in a real market of ideas.
Execs getting millions in bonuses when they in fact fail is just one facet.
Hiding the impact of stock options by pretending they are not in fact expenses is another facet.
One is corporate foolishness that the market will winnow out.
The other is fraud.
