No, I'm not kidding. After high school graduation, a friend and I went to Kentucky for a week of camping, fishing, and drinking. We were staying in a semi-dry county (you could buy beer but nothing harder), so we had to buy whiskey from a bootlegger.
The guy we found was born without arms but could do just about everything using his feet. The locals told us about him driving a logging truck (stick shift, no less) and doing all sorts of things. We went to his house and placed our order. His wife bagged up the merchandise and he carried it out to our car with the bag in his teeth. We put the money in his pocket. From what we heard, no one dared to rip him off. He could literally kick the crap out of anyone who messed with him.
