The lawyer dropped the suit, saying it achieved his aim of getting publicity about trans fat danger. I'd say that even so, he's risking a disciplinary hearing before the Cal Bar. He's probably counting on Kraft not wanting to generate additional publicity, but the judge (I believe) could refer it on his/her own.
