Well, my sentiments are simply that, my sometimes rash opinions.
And have no bearing on my crude attempt to deny the universal ability of the free enterprise system to best meet the needs of all societies.
Or my effort to point out that the soaring costs of Medicare may not be due to patient fraud or government incompetence but to greedy corporations.
And I tried to reinforce my earlier observations that patient care in these instances is the first victim. Does anyone really believe the patients, at the ends of their lives, in these systems receive even the minimum care? I don't. Not for a second.
And the free-enterprise people, libertarians and conservatives are free to have their own sentiments, their own rationalizations and explanations.
