I have not commented on the George Bush aircraft carrier photo-op fiasco until now because, quite candidly, the level of manipulation and cynicism gave me the vapors. I had to lie down on the daybed and have wet cats thrown at me for many hours before I was sentient again.

The rest of the article is the usual yammer.

I knew when Bush landed on that carrier that the liberals would blow a gasket. They're just cheesed as hell that it's not one of their guys that pulled it off, and everybody knows it.

The sight of Robert Byrd, Lord of Pork, complaining about the cost to taxpayers was worth the price of admission all by itself.

Normally, a cranky liberal would not be worth posting all by itself, but I managed to sneak in and get the job of tossing the wet cats at him. I had developed a superb air cannon technique that guaranteed a furious, fully-splayed, claws-out delivery every time. Every corner grocery store in the area is sold out of bandages.

At the time, I was not aware of the ceiling fan technique, which probably would have saved a lot of money.
