I have encountered your problem before, but can't remember where. I beleive it has something to do putting the ads in frames. would you by any chance use gnome?
you said 'linux 6.2" should I assume you mean redhat? rather than switching linux versions, I suggest you visit www.mozilla.org, or if you are using KDE, you can use its directory viewer to read this site, only you will not be able to post. I have not tried this with gnome however.
