Return the samples to the Moon
If I understand it correctly, it looks like NIH and CDC will make the final calls on Mars sample return procedures, and that NRC and NAS will back them to the full.
I never did figure out what to do with all the empty supply vessels for the man tended lunar observatory for asteroid and comet detection, but I suppose they could be linked together and equipped into a first rate lab, one with absolute containment.
