The zeppelin was coming down to rest form stormy skies, as I recall from a similar show a few years ago. A old interview with one of the groundsmen mentioned a shock when he reached for the nose guide-rope. Coming out of the charged, stormy skies, touching the rope completed a circuit, sparking the fire.
