NASA paralyzed
Why does NASA seem so paralyzed about this problem with the Canada Arm? It seems they are afraid to proceed with anything until they are 100% on this thing. It works on the primary system, and the redundant now seems to be working too. Sure doesn't seem like the old NASA that went to the moon.
