Space/Science » in reply to I handled a Mars rock

I haven't been that lucky, but...

...I did see two lunar rocks closeup:
one was at the Royal Ontario Science Centre
where they had(have) a "greenish", layered lunar rock on display.
Hi, Dr. Blackwell! Is that greenish tint on that lunar-rock associated with a surplus of olivene mineral in its composition?

The second lunar-rock I was privelaged to see close-up was
at the CNE.

cheers,

Jake
