Send your kid's name to Mars
Go to this URL http://spacekids.hq.nasa.gov/2003/nameform.cfm and you can have your kid's name put on a DVD that will end up on the Martian surface via Mars Exploration Rover. I've already submitted my kid's names.
I had earlier done this for my son with Mars Polar Lander. There's now a charred and twisted (probably unreadable) DVD on the Martian surface with his name on it. Hope that doesn't happen with MER.
