Galaxies accelerating, moving faster apart
So galaxies millions of lightyears away tend to redshift, and they are also accelerating? Is it possible that these galaxies (very old since they are millions of lightyears away) are also more massive? More massive galaxies will tend to move faster as they orbit each other. So does that mean galaxies have radiated off so much energy that they move appreciably slower as time goes on?
