I shouldnt have stated it so definitively... But, at one point there were reports that a patriot failed and the barraks were hit by a whole lot of burning rocket fuel and HE fron the crashing patriot. It wasnt that it just missed its target but that it crashed in flight...The military was svery mum on the subject. Could be wrong.

I probably stated things poorly...(not a lot of sleep) but the patriot, last I heard had NO confirmed missile kills in the entire war, by the military's admission.
