P.S. -- If anyone is interested in a recipe for green cheesecake to celebrate July 20, let me know and I'll post it. It's very easy & very delicious (my mom's hairdresser's sister's concoction originally). Only special equipment needed: a 10" glass pie plate for proper heat transfer, green food coloring, a Lego astronaut, and one of those toothpicks with a paper American flag on it. Trying to spread a tradition here.
