Americans, mark the date: August 21, 2017
That total solar eclipse in Africa got me thinking about when the next eclipse will occur in the USA.
Solar Eclipse
(hopefully the link above is visible)
Mark your calendars!
The date of the next total solar eclipse in North America will be August 21, 2017.
It appears that the narrow band of totality will enter North America near the Oregon/Washington state border, then sweep down Southeasterly across the USA to exit into the Atlantic off the South Carolina coast.
It’s never too early to make plans!
