Every graveyard shift worker in the world knows this is pure hooey. I worked night shift from 1985 thru 1995. My cycle today is 8-5, I'll still spend my weekend up around the clock, just to get myself reset for the coming week. And, no, this is not a result. I was doing the same when I was in high school. The only time I didn't was during my Infantry years, but they kept me so well exercised that sleep was never a problem.
