No life on Mars? Great! Then we can take the place over and terraform it without a guilty concience.

If I had a few billion to spend on space, I'd build a whomping big 2001 space hotel in orbit, and later on the Moon, and get some people out there to look around. Not only would this change the human outlook on space, it would make some bucks in the bargain.
