And I'd be remiss to not point out how many missions JPL has managed to extend beyond their planned lifetimes!

I guess I'd also be remiss in not pointing out that the successes aren't all JPL's. That's a mighty fine camera Doc Malin built, as well.

230x230 m topo grid...yum! That's what, 3 times better than the MDIM horizontally, spectacularly better vertically? I can't wait to see the fly-through of Valles Marineris.

Here's to everybody on the case! May they resuscitate MOLA with their usual style and grace.
